We’re Marisa and Jeromie Goodpaster — a husband-and-wife real estate duo based in sunny Southwest Florida, proudly serving Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and the surrounding areas.
Originally from Ontario, Canada, I (Marisa) made the move to Florida to live the dream under the palm trees. Jeromie, my husband and business partner, hails from Bardstown, Kentucky — a charming small town known for its rich bourbon history. Together, we’ve blended our backgrounds and strengths to create a real estate business rooted in trust, expertise, and a shared passion for helping others.
Our specialty? Investment real estate. As seasoned investors ourselves, we’ve owned and managed multiple vacation rental properties since 2017, giving us real-world insight into what makes a short-term rental not just good, but profitable. From BRRRR projects to fix-and-flips, we help investors find, renovate, and maximize the value of their properties — and we’re with them every step of the way.
We work with a trusted network of contractors, handle project coordination, and once renovations are complete, we list and market the finished product for optimal returns.
